What DealMachine does, how the pieces fit together, and how to run your first search.

Use this to create a new DealMachine account.
Where to sign up
All new accounts are created on new DealMachine: go to dealmachine.com and click Sign Up. You don't need a credit card to start exploring , you can look around before choosing a plan.
Signups are no longer available on classic DealMachine
The previous version of DealMachine (classic) no longer accepts new signups. If you've found an old signup page or link, it won't work , use dealmachine.com instead. New plans (Basic, Pro, Scale) work only in new DealMachine.
Already have a classic account?
You don't need to sign up again , your account has already been set up in new DealMachine with your team and plan. See Moving to new DealMachine: migrating your account for how to sign in the first time and bring your lists and routes over.
One workspace for finding and working leads
DealMachine gives you access to property and people data across the country, plus the tools to act on it. You search to build a list, research individual properties and owners, reveal contact info, and track the deals you are working, without leaving the app.
Find
- Search properties or people by location and filters
- Describe what you want in plain language with AI Search
- Save searches and build reusable lists
Act
- Open the property page for full details and comps
- Reveal owner phone numbers and emails
- Export to CSV or save records as prospects
Run your first search
Pick a place
Add one or more locations: a state, county, city, or ZIP code. Locations combine with OR, so adding several widens your results.
Add filters
Narrow by anything from estimated value to owner type to equity. Filters combine with AND, so each one you add tightens the results. See Filtering your search.
Review the count
Counts are free. Check how many properties match before you spend anything. Then open results, save the search, or build a list.
