Build a list from a search

1. Tune your search

   Get your locations and filters where you want them and check the count.

2. Save the results as a list

   DealMachine captures the matching records into a list you can name and reuse. Large builds run in the background with live progress.

3. Put the list to work

   Export it, reveal contacts in bulk, save the records as prospects, or use it inside another search.

Include and exclude lists

Lists do double duty as search scope. Include a list to search only within it, or exclude a list to skip records you have already worked, a clean way to avoid re-exporting the same leads.

Does saving a search or building a list cost credits?

Building a list from a search does not charge for the records by itself. Credits are spent when you pull the underlying data, like revealing contacts or exporting. Re-accessing records you already unlocked this cycle is free.

Can I exclude leads I already exported?

Yes. Keep your worked leads in a list and exclude that list from new searches so you only see fresh records.
