Find a Property Owner’s Phone Number or Email
Follow an address to its recorded owner and reveal available phone or email matches. See credit details, limitations, and responsible-use guidance.

To find a property owner’s phone number or email in DealMachine, open the property record, review the matched owner, then reveal that person’s masked contact details. A revealed contact is a data match, not proof that the person is the current decision-maker.
1. Start with a property address
Search for the street address in DealMachine and open the matching property record. Check the address and property details before using the owner information, especially when several properties have similar addresses.
2. Review the recorded owner
On the property page, look at the ownership section. It shows the owner name and owner type when those details are available. The recorded owner may be a person or an entity such as an LLC. A property record does not by itself identify which member, officer, or other person can make decisions for an entity.
3. Open the matched person
When a person is listed as an owner, open that person’s profile to review the available profile details and real estate portfolio. Treat the person-to-property match as a lead to verify, not confirmation of identity, authority, or a current relationship.
4. Reveal phone numbers and emails
Phone numbers and emails are masked until revealed. Choose the reveal action on the property page, person page, or list. The app displays the matched contact details that are available for that person.
A reveal uses one people-data credit for a unique person in a billing cycle, even if several phone numbers or emails are returned. Revealing that same person again during the cycle does not use another credit. A bulk reveal can process a list, and people already revealed in the cycle are not charged again.

This example shows the kind of transition to expect. It is not a screenshot of the app or a promise that every property has a matched person, phone number, or email.
What the result does and does not tell you
- A property record shows recorded ownership information available for that property.
- A person profile can show a matched portfolio and available contact information.
- A revealed phone number or email is a data match. It does not verify that the person currently controls the property or is authorized to make a decision for an LLC.
- Availability varies. A record may have no matched person or no phone or email to reveal.
- Company records and portfolio relationships do not establish an LLC’s legal ownership chain or identify a verified decision-maker. Check official records and confirm the right contact independently.
Use contact details responsibly
Phone records may include Do Not Call status. When exporting, DealMachine can remove Do Not Call numbers or keep only mobile or landline numbers. These tools do not determine whether a call, text, or email is lawful for your situation. Confirm the rules that apply to you before contacting anyone.
