Import a postcard design

Choose what to import

Open Mail and go to your postcard designs. Choose the option to import a design, then choose the postcard size that matches your artwork.

Import artwork

Upload the front image and, if needed, a back image. Artwork stays as one layer and fits without cropping, so margins may remain. Leave the back empty if you want to design it in DealMachine.

Import a design from Classic

In Classic, open the postcard, choose Export Design from its menu, and copy the JSON. In the new DealMachine import dialog, choose the Classic source, match the postcard size, and paste the code into Classic design JSON. Sender details come from the current workspace.

Import HTML

Choose the HTML source. Upload an HTML file or paste the code for each side, up to 2 MB per side. Use inline styles for the layout.

Check the result

Choose Import design, then inspect both sides in the editor. Confirm the postcard size, artwork and sender details before saving or sending it.
