How Offers Work

Offers add a separate package

An eligible promotional offer adds plan capacity and a monthly data-credit allowance to your account. It does not replace the plan or packages you already have. Review available offers during workspace setup or in Billing Settings under Special Offers.

Locked rates

The discount belongs to the package. Its rate stays attached while you keep that package. Removing the package ends its locked rate, and an offer that has already been claimed cannot be claimed again on the same account.

Stacking and monthly credits

Eligible offers can stack with other packages. Their credits join the account's shared monthly credit pool. Basic and Pro plan credits share a 60,000-credit monthly plan cap. Promotional packages have a separate 60,000-credit monthly promotional cap.

For example, 60,000 plan credits plus three 20,000-credit promotional packages would make a combined pool of 120,000 monthly credits. This is an example, not an offer currently available for purchase.

Before you claim an offer

• Check the offer's price, included capacity and billing schedule.
• Check how it affects your current plan and packages.
• Confirm whether you need extra seats beyond the package capacity.

Changing the base plan does not replace an existing promotional package. Read each offer's eligibility and terms before confirming it. Contact sales if the displayed caps do not cover your needs.
