Driving for Dollars App - Instant Follow Up for Someone Who Hates Missing Deals

Like we’ve mentioned in a previous video: Driving for dollars is an immensely profitable and practical tool for finding wholesale properties. While I was in town for a conference, I decided to go on a drive with DealMachine user Jerime through his stomping grounds in Sin City to track down some wholesale deals.

How Jerime Drives for Dollars

After spotting a house in an otherwise well-kept area that had an overgrown lawn, Jerime busted-out the DealMachine app to learn more about the property and find ways to contact the owner. “I’m just going to snap a quick picture and find the address on DealMachine,” he says while locating the property in DealMachine. “Yep, there’s a check mark! See, DealMachine does all the work.”

Getting in Contact with the Seller

Jerime, like other DealMachine users, is a big fan of using postcards to get in contact with potential sellers. And, thankfully, it’s only a click away using the DealMachine app. “Now we’re going to send them a postcard,” Jerime says before sending them a standard format postcard. Once the request is approved to be sent, which usually doesn’t take more than a few seconds, the owner of the home will receive a postcard in the mail, ASAP. If you don't hear from them in a couple of weeks, follow-up with a short text using the SMS for real estate marketing feature.
